Turns out fucking HR is trying to spy on you and every applicants. Sometimes they succeed. If you are sending them a CV or resume, the first thing they will do is to check whether your name appears on their favorite social media. Whether they can find you or not.
If they can find you, and your profile has public parts, they will look for confirmation that they shouldn't hire you. They are looking for compromising images, compromising political views, compromising posts, any kind of compromising information that they can use against you. Their goal is not to hire you and to strengthen their already existing biases by the information they find about you on social media.
If they find what they were looking for, your application will be rejected. One lingerie salesperson who thinks she is some HR professional now, decides about your fate. They want to be biased, so the first thing they do is they look after you on the most biased way possible: using social media.
If they cannot find you on social media company's website, they will think you have something to hide. You will probably not be contacted by them. They throw your CV into the waste bin.
That's what I heard at least.

I don't know what is true and what is a lie about HR these days. Don't know whether HR is just another filthy lie of the motherfucker loser companies who want to replace every human with a robot because robots are not going to holidays, robots are not having toilet breaks, or cigarette breaks, and ultimately, robots cost less than human work. Do they really?
I don't know whether all HR people are doing the social media check or not. I don't know what is the point in doing that.
All I know is they complain all the fucking time about the applicants, about having only 7 seconds for a resume. That's how much time you have to impress them.
One time, they are saying they have 7 seconds for you as for human resource, another time they are saying that you need to have a clean social media profile that attracts them, because they have the right to check it the moment they receive your CV, so they will do so.
It seems HR has become a time-millionaire. They have the time to check every applicants on social media, they also have so much time as to check the applicant's social media thoroughly, spending possibly hours with checking the applicant through a friend of a friend - all that to find out whether you are a party goer or not, and what's your favorite band, what are your political views, who do you post about and every other aspect of your private life that you share on socials.
So HR lies. And then it complains online about too many applicants. Do not spend your precious time with checking the socials, especially when you are saying there are that much applicants that you can spare 7 seconds on checking their resume. If that is true, why are you spending hours to check their socials?
Why is HR discriminating people that are not to be found on socials? Do I have no right to stay out of the disgusting smoke and mirrors platforms, if I wanna have a job?
Why is HR thinking that a fake profile with psychologically manipulated content is better than having no social media profile at all?

There is much talking about the need to regulate AI these days. They want to achieve that a robot or a string of program commands behave like a human. If they do mistakes, that will be human enough, I guess. They will be considered as humans.
I think AI does not need to be regulated. HR needs to be regulated.
I never experienced a biased AI, but I have seen a lot of biased HR professionals. A lot of biased lingerie salesperson. HR is not a real profession, it is just another name for company psychologist.
But what if a company does not need psychology at all? What would a company be like without the fake psychology that HR thinks and says is so essential?
Maybe a company without HR and fake psychology would be a company without workplace mobbing, without forced workplace stress, without 6 round interviews only to ghost the candidate afterwards.
Maybe a company without HR would be a much better place, maybe the boundaries between colleagues are just artificial ones, created by HR. Maybe HR is creating situations, in which normal people become animals and fight each other.
Maybe HR is doing this because without work conflicts, they wouldn't have a job.
It would be better for any company, anybody without the stress and smoke and mirrors that HR is doing.
If you want a productive and happy company, break with the filthy HR practices, break with HR manipulations and fake psychology used against your humans, break with office politics, and let HR people be unemployed. It is time.
