There is no GDP-growth in the economy for a very long time. Inflation is high. Also for a very long time. Stagflation rarely leads to happiness and growth. It leads to collapse way more often. Workforce wants more pay, or they will be absolutely unmotivated, unproductive and even less useful than they were since Covid. Companies cannot (and do not want to) pay more.

More and more companies are unable to see a cost-saving option, so a reason to employ Hungarians in Hungary because of this.
