Equality in the workplace

The following article is not directed against women. It does not hate women, nor does it seek to roll back women's rights to the Middle Ages. I simply want equality. It is time for the society to see things clearly. For women, too. For men, too.

01 control the situation

And this series of pityful anti-man mobbings on the workplace has resulted in me losing my job and, unfortunately, and in being unemployed for a year now. I don't deserve this. Especially not after becoming unemployed in 2018, 2020, and 2022, and being a victim of workplace bullying - women being an important factor behind every single one of those incidents.

They humiliated me and robbed me. I don't deserve this. What I'm going through right now shouldn't have happened.

At times like this, you have two options: 1. You beat yourself up by blaming yourself 2. You tell yourself that this is someone else's fucking fault.

Half the secret to success is making the boss afraid. Making her fear something that I control.

For example: it might be a good thing if my boss is worried that I might quit. For example, she might be afraid of this because (only I) have knowledge that she doesn't want to lose. She can't afford to lose it. Because her bonus depends on that.

Or there is this to rule the boss: (state or EU funding to 'keep jobs') If I am one of those who the big heads at the government say is protected, she can't afford to let me leave, not even firing me, because that would be a loss for the company. I mean a financial loss, in case they would lose access to EU funds or government funds because of firing me.

Now, we are not there yet. But tables are turning. This is an employers market now. They decide. They control. When tables are turning, and workforce gets more control over its life prospects - this is when we are ready to pay you back, very respected employers.

When tables are turning, you have to train your boss on the job. Yes, blackmailing works if she's afraid of something, something she wants to avoid because it would make her bonus less.

Then not only will she turn a blind eye to the hatred I have against the processes, but she'll also think she can use it to control me. What a fucking asshole.

The thing is, the only way to control someone through hatred is if you do something, you very respected female boss, that you believe will remove the basis for that hatred: that is, if you give in to my demands.

So, through this process, it is actually me, the subordinated employee, who has dominance over the boss; I am the one in control.

And that's exactly what I want: control.

The fact that someone is in control will also be apparent to the other so-called team members.

This means, in effect, that I'm untouchable. They'll never fire me again as long as this control - that is, my dominance - exists. It has to be maintained, obviously.

02 controlling the boss

Now, in a situation like this, it wouldn't occur to a single person in the company to start bullying me or sabotaging me. After all, I'm the one in control. In cases like this, they think the opposite way.

In a situation like that, weak people, bullying people would start kissing asses of someone who they think is in power. Because some people at work act like real snakes.

But I can see right through you. You won't be able to bite me again. A snake is a treacherous creature, with a wet, slimy body; it has little or no vision and moves by slithering along the ground.

I already knew all this. I knew that the jerks at work who attack from behind, never face to face, pityful carrierists, they are stressing so much about things, they are just like snakes. I knew they were unable to live with. Or to work with.

There was one thing missing until now: opportunity. Until now, they were the only ones armed with the most varied tools of deceit and vile filth. I usually ended up on the ground after their attacks.

But now something has changed. I have a whole-body covering protection standing between you and me: control over the boss. I can manipulate any boss. So now comes the question: should the person who's been beaten by the ones who kept their jobs, practice any kind of pity in the new situation?

Has there ever been a time when some scumbag who can only build a career by stepping on others said to herself: 'Hmm, this guy doesn't deserve this. Sure, sure, I need his job, I'd take it from him, but this is just too much for me. I'm not willing to do that.' ???

I've never encountered anything like that. Not a single snake showed any mercy; they always bit and struck with full force, inflicting wounds, and then slithered away.

03 the difference

In theory, what distinguishes humans from animals is their ability to think. Unfortunately, having this ability does not mean that they will automatically use it.

So even though God may have endowed her with the ability to think, she still doesn't think. She doesn't think in that particular situation, and she causes harm.

The snake inflicts damage that doesn't hurt it at that moment, it only hurts its enemy. The enemy collapses, hitting the floor. The animal slithers away. I did a fucking great job, the snake thinks, I'll come back later.

But she did it in a sloppy way: the victim (me) gets up off the floor.

People, unlike snakes, tend to think in a situation. People would think to themselves: Damn it, that's why I have boundaries. Damn it, there are red lines I refuse to cross. I don't inject poison into another person through my bite, because we live in a society, because we are different parts of the same whole, and if I poison another person, if I bite them, I ultimately harm myself. The poison reaches me through the bloodstream; it poisons me too.

A snake isn't like that. A snake doesn't give a damn. A snake is ignorant; for a snake, there are no consequences. There is only the present. All that matters is that I want to feed right now, and it doesn't matter what happens afterward.

I am really sorry that carrierist scumbags don't understand.
