There might be several companies like this. An SSC is a typical creation in "emerging markets". Some "cost saver" companies who think they are saving costs and are throwing some unimportant, robotic bullshit jobs into CEE countries (bottom of the list in 'Figure1') before they let these jobs to be entirely eaten by AI.).
Wages are not equal in these places: thanks to extreme feminism, average female employees take home more than men working in the same "team". If they let males to be a "team member" at all here. Women are way better off than men. Women managers earn much more that the poor male employees. I mean disgustingly more. Not only they are earning disgustingly more than poor, suffering, underpaid men, but a significant portion of the females are getting serious tax cuts that men are not entitled to. I have read something "interesting" today about some Manager-Director Woman, who leads a Budapest based SSC. (SSC= Shared Service Center - some kind of creature of big multinationals who want to save costs and are throwing some unimportant, robotic bullshit jobs into Eastern European countries before they let these jobs to be entirely eaten by AI or India or both).
So Ms Manager-Director of the SSC likes to travel, she likes the sea, she even mentions some countries or US states that she likes to travel to while the guilty and most-hated men suffer in the office so that she could have a higher bonus for Christmas.
She obviously praises "equality" in the workplace, whatever it means, and last but not least, she feels that "the matter of more female managers to be is really hers."
What does this mean exactly, Ms Feminist Manager?? About 70 percent of the employees working in the SSC "managed" by you is female already. I am pretty sure this is about the same percentage, or higher, if we look at "middle managers".
So, according to you, there is no equality between sexes until this is achieved: 99% female v 1% male. Right?

I am pretty sure they won't make any statistics about their lay-offs. How many percent of the laid-off people were male? 80? 90? Each and every employer notice letter, to be handed to the most-hated men, were written by females, signed by females, they could live up their hatred, their thirst to destroy heterosexual men. The feminists won. They succeeded. Congratulations, HR feminists, manager feminists, the building is yours now.

Men should be aware and conscious when working in SSCs. Companies lie all the time. Here is their trick: they pretend to be hardcore going-to-church-every-goddamn-weekend type of conservatives when talking or acting to someone in this Eastern country, especially when they act before the government - and they pretend to be a fucking progressive when acting to the UK or US stakeholders of their wonderful SSC.
But I am not buying their shit. They are hardcore feminists - this means they have no values, no morals, no boundaries. They just want to destroy, and I should admit they are pretty fucking successful in destroying heterosexual men and making them unemployed.
So I have no idea what more do you want with your feminism. I think you have no idea either. Apart from keeping your asses far from the unemployment offices where you are sending the unfortunate men to queue.

Today is about MEN'S problems. Women are outnumbered in universities, which is a huge issue. It means either we learn to work beside car production lines, or we as MEN will be eradicated from all the workplaces.
