If you are unemployed, this is the fault of a biased, incompetent HR

The below happens in a small country in the Eastern periphery of the European Union.

It is sometimes disgusting to see how biased an HR department is becoming, once they are all women. Not even women want to work in a department that is all women.

For some unexplained reasons though, most HR departments are made of all women or almost all women. (Sometimes they "accept" a gay guy among them, but this only strengthens "the rule" that an HR person can be female only.)

I think top managers commit a serious error when they "trust" this function to a typical HR girl: a 26-year old, social media addicted, influencer-sedated idiotic person, with a bachelor in Psychology, believing she can manipulate anything and anybody, a real men-hater who is coming to work in a T-shirt with "Female Power" printed on it, and not just for teasing, but because she really believes in that.

What kind of "business decision" do you think a person like above will make when the shit hits the fan and your company needs to "rethink headcounts"? Let me help you, Mr Manager: "Fire all men" is their default.

You cannot see the forest for the trees, Mr Manager. Feminists have a plan to rule all whitecollar workplaces (they are not stupid, they don't want to make their hands dirty with hard work, they just want to fuck around, and have all jobs .)

And, Managers, you let them fuck around. Once they get the opportunity from you, they will fire "a rational amount of men because we cannot let patriarchy to win". This means 9 out of 10 laid-off people will be male.

Once the employees, the "team mates" are all women, who do you think will be next. Do you think a group of 9, 19 or 69 women, I mean all women, will obey you, Mr Manager - what kind of a workplace will this be: You as a man against all women? Who do you think will win?

So I think managers would have needed to think before they let all HR departments into feminist leagues.

The thing is that it is a zero-sum game. If anything is better for someone, then the same thing will harm someone else. If a group of people is favorited in the workplaces, another group will be discriminated.

In this case: if women are "positively discriminated" in the workplaces, then men will suffer the consequences. This is exactly what we see every day. Men are laid-off because "women need their workplaces" for whatever reason.

Most workplaces are fucking whining about productivity all the time. Nothing is enough for them.

So how will that help productivity, when entire departments go home at 4pm because either they "need to go to bring the kid from school" or because "they don't feel like working".

In my opinion, so-called "work-life balance" is another sign of feministic overpower in workplaces. Work-life balance has a meaning for Z-generation girls only. This is their expression.

Let me translate it to you, Mr Manager: Z generation women want to start "work" at 11am, go to a 2 hour long lunch brake from 12pm, have 6 coffee breaks in the afternoon before they leave for home or an idiotic party at 4pm.

I think a considerable amount of big organisations got the intentions of women wrong. They want to rule us, they want to eliminate men from workplaces. Idk what the reason behind could be, I can only guess.

If I had to guess, I would say there's no rational left for feminism to exist, so they switched to agressive feminism, and this orders them to behave like this.

It seems to be obvious that social media prioritizes extreme opinions, extreme feminism in this case. A generation that was "exposed" to social media all their life, will be an extremist generation and if the "social media subject" is female, there is a high chance she will become extreme feminist.

Once again, it is a guess. This would explain why today's workplaces are so rotten that they might become disfunctinal in 1-2 years. This is where extreme feminism leads to.

Is this what you wanted, when you first liked the Me-Too posts of your female colleagues? Is this what you wanted, when you promoted a woman "without merits", just because she is a woman?

Is this what you thought will happen when you did not object against Female Quotas?? Well, you don't give a damn probably, because you are manager with 10+ years in the same position and you think you will never be unemployed.
