How could this be a fair job market? Or a fair HR?

Key points in my story and why a change in all is needed.

Unemployment is terrible. There are different stages, which, for one, I don't know all, and for two, no one cares. Unemployment is painful and terrible. At first, you deny this.

You deny. Deny everything and I'll be fine. It is not really unemployment, you say to yourself. - Yes, this is fucking unemployment, and you will be forced to accept that you stepped in the same shit for the second time, for the third time, who knows how many more times... This is when you think "everyone can fuck themselves", you feel it with full force, you want anyone with a fucking job to get an extra large size dildo up in their ass. Maybe they'd deserve it.

Secondly, you are searching for someone or something to blame. Better someone, it should be a person. One person. One particular motherfucker... Problem is, it could be anyone. Your boss. Someone I didn't like at my workplace. I did not like anyone, so it could be anyone. Anyone but me.

You are not so stupid to blame yourself for such a stinky pile of shit. And you are right, it is rarely your fault.

Today's workplaces are clinical cases. They lie, they use every kind of psychological asset (most of them filthy) against their employees. They gain a shit pile of money by shamelessly rising prices, but they complain all the time about "the high costs of labor", and they act like someone who believes this lie, so they fire anybody who they can, so they can replace anyone with motherfucker AI. They say so at least, but again, they are clinical liars.

I have been recently laid off from my workplace, in 2025. I was laid off from the same workplace in 2014 as well. Yes, this means I was so stupid to go back to work for them with 10 years difference - so that they can fire me once again. Come on, motherfuckers, you must be joking - this is what I thought at first. Oh wait, I still think this.

Considering the first lay-off happened after they "employed" me with fix term contract for one year, then for another year, then for 6 months, for another 3 months, then for another 2 months - yes, a new contract needed to be written this many times.

Now you motherfucker HR people tell me, why was this not a logical need from my side to say them: -Guys, I have been working for you based on 5 consecutive fix term contracts, now can you get me an indefinite contract or stop fucking around me?

10 years ago, they said "we don't want to stop fucking around you, we despise every employee, not just you, you are weak as compared to us, so either you accept the 6th fix term or go to wherever you want". I said them to fuck themselves.

Now after this, even if 10 years has passed, why did I go back to these motherfuckers, why did I apply in the first place?

Here you go, the n-th state of accepting you are unemployed: self blaming.

Stepped in the same shit for the second time, why. I am the only common point in all these stepping in different piles of shits, so it must be me.

Fuck this logic. I applied to them because there was no other company I could go to. Because I got tired after 1300 applications sent only to get back just ghosting, no replies or refusals in show-off style. Fuck this as well.

A lay-off process is always unfair, always filthy. That is why you will not meet the cute HR girl who you spoke to when you were hired, you will speak to the ugliest gnomes of the HR department whose task is to make it look like it is your fault.

They fire you, they want to fire you and they will do no matter what, but they also want that you blame yourself for that. Fuck them.

We are not so stupid, dear HR. You are, if you believe you can do this. We will never blame ourselves, we will blame you, dear HR, for the lay-offs.

At the end of the day, HR is just a lackey of the CEO or the top execs. They do the filthy job, the CEO thanks them for it, praises them like they don't do stinky shits in the toilet, then he takes the sky-rocketing bonus for firing 500 people today.

So the filthy thing, at the very end of the day, is the fact that someone gets rewarded for firing people, not for hiring people. Be sure: if somehow the increase in the number of employed people by the companies would be rewarded - but be careful. Some motherfucker companies fire people so that they can start "hiring" from a lower base, falsifying the results. These companies should be punished for their filth, not given any money. Me thinks: companies that hire really, should be rewarded, and when I am employed, I would be OK to pay a sort of minimal tax that funds this "reward". Let's call it an insurance against unemployement. This is not at all a new idea, I know it.
