Contrary to appearances, the following article is not directed against women. It does not hate women, nor does it seek to roll back women's rights to the Middle Ages. Frankly, I no longer have time to look for fake reasons for fake consequences and then build a theory around them, as modern feminism does. I simply want equality. For every member of society, including myself. For women, too. And for men, too. If there were equality at a time when big companies eliminate jobs and fire people, I wouldn't have had to write this article.

We will discuss cases and symptoms of workplace mobbing. Unfortunately, this is a very common phenomenon these days. The reason is likely that there are a lot of shit companies. To anyone who's been through this: it is not you. It is the company's toxic culture. Your colleagues. Not you.

It is really hard not to see things in a dark shade, when it comes to job market or job search. Humanity as such does not exist. People, who are 'lucky' enough to have a job, look away - whether in shame or in fear, who cares. People show their worst, their ugliest. No matter, what you have put on the table, they betray you and they will betray you time and time again. Until you change something.

One of the 'most popular' lie of those in power is that 'if you are searching, you can find a job, and if you cannot find a job, that is your fault then'. They lied. The denied everything. What if the Big Brother is a liar?

WE THOUGHT it would be useful to vent about the putrid shithole that is called 'labor market' in Hungarian too. We feel our - khmmmmm - very noble feelings about the current labor market could be better expressed in Hungarian. Also there are more vulgar and obscene words in Hungarian. There is no GDP-growth in the economy for a very long time. Inflation is high. Also for a very long time. Stagflation rarely leads to happiness and growth. It leads to collapse way more often. Workforce wants more pay, or they will be absolutely unmotivated, unproductive and even less useful than they were since Covid. Companies cannot (and do not want to) pay more.

More and more companies are unable to see a cost-saving option, so a reason to employ Hungarians in Hungary because of this.
